As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Manuscripts submitted must be original, have not been published previously in any scientific journal, are not being submitted for publication elsewhere, and will not be submitted for publication during the review process unless the authors have officially withdrawn the manuscripts from Journal of Family Sciences.
Manuscripts are written in English and use standard scientific usage. The author’s name and affiliation are removed before reviewing in order to ensure objectivity. Please do not identify the author(s) in the body of the paper either directly or by citation.
Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format (doc)
Manuscripts should be typed using Times New Roman fonts at 12 pt, except for the section title which is 14 pt and 10 pt for the tables, all are single-spaced. Manuscripts are prepared in A4 paper, margins on all four sides are 3 cm, and total words are 6.000-7.000 words.
Manuscripts content should be arranged as the following order: Title, Abstract, Abstrak (in Bahasa Indonesia; optional), Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendation, Acknowledgement (if any), Reference.
Manuscripts are submitted electronically through online system.
